QUALITY TOOLS
API certified gauges are used as quality check of conformity of threads. NAPESCO has API gauges of all sizes and are used by machinists as quality assurance tool during machining.
Documentation and statistics: NAPESCO maintains records of non- conformity based on machinist, machine and type of job. This helped the company to identify areas of improvement and whether these areas are the machines or the labor. The total process of statistics and QA/QC made it possible to reduce rejects to less than a one in a thousand (>0.1%).
NAPESCO QA/QC engineers are all certified to Level II NDT.
